Manufacturing

  • Fully integrated Job Costing system allowing capture via barcodes of employee and machine time together with other inputs such as material, consumables and outside work.

  • Full time production staff of approximately 30 highly-qualified individuals working two shifts.

  • Full range of CNC and manual lathes and mills with up to 5-axis capability; in-house deep-hole drilling capability.

  • Modern facility with 25 ft ceilings, 5 and 10 ton overhead cranes and large secured yard on 81,000 ft2 site in SE Calgary Alberta Canada with excellent transport truck access.

  • Target work envelope - from 0.125 in3 and < 1lb to 35,000 in3 and 5,000 lb.

  • Fully staffed and equipped Quality Assurance department involved in First-off, In-process and Final inspections.

  • Non-Destructive Testing - hardness testing, magnetic particle testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, surface finish testing and load testing.

Traceability

  • Ability to track, by means of unique serial numbers, product history including manufacturing date, dimensional inspection results, test results, material certification details, and other relevant information.

  • Traceability information stored electronically and by hard copy for minimum of 7 years.
